Annual Staff Evaluations summary
—Board requested staff evaluation summary here: Esther is very effective and reliable. In the future I hope to keep her expanding her abilities and training new volunteers or preparing the systems for volunteer help. Thomas may be finding his sweet spot as staff trainer. In the future we must measure and confirm his effectiveness and not rely on anecdotal evidence. Matthew Roy is very effective recruiting and leading the leaders as a spirit leader and an administrator. In the future I look for better long-range planning and for effective one-on-one discipleship. David Ansari has been effective in the health clinics and in the TWR follow-up, but other areas show some weakness. In the future I look to remove him from responsibilities where I don’t see him growing and keep him focused on the areas he is effective. (See last month’s attachments)
