Esther’s July-August work report
Healing of the arm is incomplete in the area of strength, but range of motion is OK. She is handling the administrative work efficiently.
Thomas Roy’s July-August work report
Thomas logged 406 hours for BMW. 4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4=36 hours teaching online with 2 disciples in Canada.. 6+7+6+5+6+6+5+8=49 hours studying the Bible Training Center for Pastors material to teach BMW staff. 24+23+24+18+18+24+24+24+25=204 hours directly teaching our Bangladesh staff. 6+6+6+5+5+6+6+7=47 hours translating and preparing materials in Bangla for our BD ministry. 10+2 +4+5+3+2+2=28 hours in teamwork (fundraising, mailing, prayer mtg). 42 hours in ministry in Canada.
Matthew’s July-August work report
Matthew logged 65+63+65+102+61+50+57+26=489 hours for BMW (including travel time and seminary classes and study). He took 12 days off these two months including 2 for Muslim holdiay. So for 50 days of work he averaged about 10 hrs/day. He is getting a little better at balancing his work schedule. The majority of Matthew’s effort is in staff development, training and coordination. Various activities can be tracked by looking at his prayer page on our website.
Prayer Force Expansion this month
The Prayer Force grows its third group this Saturday by adding a northside group, meeting at 10:30 AM at the Morris home at the same time as the group meeting at the Veenstra home.
Bangladesh Ministry Scoreboard
The Student enrollment scoreboard is seen below, showing that the goal of 3550 was surpassed this month! See Attachment B for the Gospel sharing scoreboard for July.
